After a shower, dry the skin and pour approx 10ml ( 2 tsp) into the palm of your hands. Lightly rub hands together and warm the oil and then apply to the body.

Apply to your body to a variety of massage strokes. Long effleurage strokes to relax and some light circular motions to gently ensure the body oil is absorbed. Pay particular attention to any aching joints, but use very gentle massage motions.
